Faulty replacement Blackberry

We had a problem with our Blackberries media card. I didn't read the card. Vodacom then took the phone in on the 28th of December 2013 for repairs. They couldn't repair the phone and gave us a refurbished blackberry on the 23rd of January 2014.By know we have lost a months use of our Blackberry Internet Service. When operating the Refurbished phone we found out that there is a problem with the microphone on the phone.
The people on the other side cant hear you. Again we took it back and again they said that they need to send it away for repairs. This is still a new contract (29/4/2013) and is still under warranty by the manufacturer. Why are we getting a refurbished phone that obviously wasn't tested, and why do they know have to send the refurbished phone for repairs as this phone isn't even a week old. Now we have to wait again for how long again. I don't think that this is good service as I have my own service orientated company. This is unacceptable.
