L have been having problems with my 9360, l have two contracts with MTN. The first time the useless phone had issues with the USB charging port, then later is started losing connectiviy. The gave me a refurbished fone which gave issues in less than a week. l took it back to the store and was told there is nothing wrong with the fone and they would nt book it in. After numerous visits to the store and calls to their customer care then took it back in again. Last week Monday 6 Jan 2014. l went to the store to fetch the phone and it still had the same problem right there in the store and had to send it back again. l have been inconvenienced by this phone and the bad repair work being done on the phone. My question is why not give me another refurbished good working phone because. l promise you MTN that if this issue is not sorted l will not pay our installment for this month. This has to stop its not fair, l pay all my instalments for a phone that lm not using. Its day light paying for something you are not using. in total l have lost about 4 months when the phone was in for repairs. its absolutely horendous l wantd to upgrad on second thoughts no when getting such crapy servic
