I booked my cellphone (Blackberry Bold) in for repairs in July, due to it not switching on at all. A week later I was given a refurbished phone (Blackberry Bold). The phone came on for less than an hour and shut down completely again. I again took that refurbished phone in, and it was booked in for repairs. A few days later I was asked to collect my phone. Upon collection, I found it was another refurbished phone, which surprisingly only switched on for less than an hour again. They are probably giving me the same phone all the time. Furthermore, there are no comments from the Technical Centre regarding what may be the problem. The queues in Sandton are horrendously long to keep going back. I still have the remainder of my contract to go and I refuse to keep this broken phone.
