BLACKBERRY REPAIR TAKING 6 WEEKS

MY PHONE WAS HANDED IN FOR REPAIR ON THE 24 TH OF DECEMBER IN SECUNDA AND THE PHONE WAS REPAIR AND I WAS GIVEN A REFURBISHED BLACKBERRY ON THE 10TH OF DECEMBER. WE MOVED TO MOSSELBAY ON THE 16TH OF DECEMBER AND THE PHONE STARTED SWITCHING OFF WHEN ANSWERING I TOOK IT IN TO HEIDERAND MALL TO MTN FOR REPAIR ON THE 7TH OF MAY. MY PHONE WAS RETURN TO THE STORE UN-REPAIRED FOR THE REASON NO PROOF OF PURCHASE AND I HAVE TO PAY R1980 FOR THE PHONE TO BE REPAIRED, NO PROOF OF PURCHASE WAS ASKED FOR BY JONATHAN AT THE MTN STORE. I HAD A LOOK AT MY PHONE AND MY KEYPAD WAS SWAPPED FOR A OLD ONE AND MY MOUSE WAS ALSO EXCHANGED. I TOLD THE BRANCH THAT I DON'T WANT THE PHONE UNREPAIRDE AND THEY SEND IT BACK FOR REPAIR AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK. ITS A CONTRACT PHONE. SINCE THEN I AM BATTLING TO GET ANY SERVICE OUT OF MTN AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND LOTS OF E-MAILS I STILL HAVE NO PHONE TODAY IS THE 14TH OF JUNE AND I STILL HAVE NO PHONE!! HEIDERAND MALL DID NOTHING TO HELP ME TO SOLVE THE MATTER. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
