I Bought a blackberry 9300 and 4 Months down the line the scroller did not want to work. Took my phone back to Edgars they sent it away to MTN a week later They send me a refurbished Phone. I took the phone Had it for about three days And it did not want to connect to the internet the scroller got stuck so I took it back again. Currently It is in for repairs again and I think its pathetic That My 4 month Old phone Gets kept and I get a refurbished phone That you can actually feel has been Used. so what happened to my new phone and why must i get someones Hand me down when i went and Spend allot of Money to buy me a new phone. and If the people at MTN knew they could not do anything to fix my phone Why not Replace my phone with a new one
