Again i have to complain about your terrible customer service!!! I'm still waiting for my problem to be resolved, i've had to call myself again twice this week after your employees failed to call me like they promised.
I use my phone for business and e-mails and i haven't had my phone for 10 1/2 WEEKS!!!
What is wrong with you??? WHY CAN'T YOU GIVE ME - YOUR CUSTOMER A SOLUTION!!!
After all this time there's 2 outcomes:
Replace the phone with a new one (since you can't locate mine) or cancel my contract & port my number to Vodacom.
I can't even get an answer with this!!!
