Terrible start to contract

I went to Cell C to move from my Vodacom contract to Cell C Straight up 400. I have been ready to sign and collect my new phone on my contract for the last 2 weeks. I was promised my Black iPhone over 2 weeks ago. I was there last Sunday to collect and it wasn't ready. I went back this past Sunday and I was told that they only have a white iPhone because technically mine was only due to arrive next week. When finilising the forms all of a sudden the monthly fee for the contract goes up by R50/month. I asked why and they told me that it was because its the new month. So Cell C delays getting my phone which was promised 2 weeks ago. They finally do have a phone in the colour I specified that I didnt want and now I have to pay an extra R1200 for the contract because Cell C couldnt organise the product and contract when they said they would! Shocking service, false advertising, and terrible delivery! If this is how a contract is going to start with Cell C, maybe I should look elsewhere.
