I have just started a new straight up 50 contract with cell c and I called the customer care line. I tried for hours and eventually got a girl on the line. I asked her to port my old number, and it never got done. She was too busy talking to her friends in the background. I have been trying now for 7 days to get hold of someone. I have emailed and gotten no response. Cell C, your customer service really is shocking. You are quick to call people looking to start a contract, but then, you just ignore them. I am also wanting to cancel some recurring data bundles and get insurance on my new phone, but I cannot ever get through. You can cancel my contract and I will be keeping the phone. This is the most disgusting service I've ever had. And your call center staff are just as useless. They cannot even do a simple number port. Why do you hire such people. I am very angry at the terrible service I have "Not" received. Please make a plan or you will not see one cent from me.
