I have been a Cell C customer for the last 18 months (was previously with Vodacom). I have now moved to a place where Cell C signal is very poor.
I have taken my phone in to the local Vodacom shop, they have been trying to port the phone number for me (for the last 2 weeks), but have not been successful.
When I phoned Cell C, they informed me that they have not received a porting request from Vodacom.
The Vodacom call reference number is EC 008l 2v245s.
My Cell C phone number (that I am trying to port) is 082 086 3181. Please call me on my other number.
I would appreciate some assistance here.
