Cell Phone Contract

I have been waiting for my phone number to port from Vodacom to Cell C for 2 weeks now and there has been no solution. I phone the shop every day and nobody seems to know what is happening, they are always waiting for a solution from head office. I am disgusted with the level of service i have received.
