I had sent an urgent request for my bank debit order details to be changed as I am switching bank accounts, and I received confirmation from Alice van der Merwe that they have been changed on the 21st February 2013. Today 01 March 2013 I received a text from FNB stating that my account has been debited by MTNsp. I had recently removed all my funds from FNB to Nedbank and had the intention to close the FNB account today, but now I have a negative balance on my account and this could reflect badly on my record. How on earth could this happen?? why did you debit FNB when you should have debited my Nedbank account??
