I applied for a phone through FNB and was called by cell c.
I took out a cellphone contract a few weeks ago and the wrong phone was delivered. They then took another week to collect the phone and when I called yesterday, I was told it will be another week for the assessors to check the phone which was never opened. It will also take a few more days for the correct phone to be delivered.
They have also ported my MTN number so im using their sim card but I don't have the phone as yet which means this month I will be billed from cell c even though I don't have the phone.
I applied for the phone on 25/04.
They delivered the wrong phone around the 29/04 or 30/04
They came to collect it around 8/05
The service thus far is absolutely shocking! And very frustrating, as there was absolutely no attention to detail with my order. I am hoping this issue will be resolved very soon, as I am not prepared to pay a month's bill, for a phone I am not able to make use of!!!
I'd appreciate it if management can contact me to advise on the above mentioned issue.
