Cancellation of Contract

I have been trying all day to get hold of Nashua Mobile to cancel my contract as it is coming to an end in May and obviously I have to give them one month's notice. problem is, when I go through the prompts, as soon as I hit cancellations, I get left holding. its almost as if its set like that because they know you're not going to be a customer for much longer! When I do get a human being, its some other department. They then put me through to cancellations and then again I am put on hold - for twenty minutes at time. Please can someone give me a call so I can get the ball rolling on this.
