I'm currently on Hold waiting for a consultant. I called the Nashua Help-desk requesting that they cancel my contract that is up for renewal this month.
I don't wish to renew my contract with them and would just like the contract cancelled. This is what I advised the help desk official who answered in under a min.
She advised that I have to speak to the cancellations department.
I'm holding on for someone to answer that call for the past 30mins now.
Whilst holding on I even called another call centre for another issue spoke to someone received help and am of that phone call.
As I am completing this I'm still waiting for someone to answer. The voice recording says "thank you for holding, your call will be answered by the 1st available consultant. We apologise, our consultants are still busy, press 1 to leave a voice message and a consultant will call you back or please hold on."
Pressing one does not help cos Mr Voicemail still goes on.
I'm still holding..., . Grrrrr...
