UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATHETIC

On 21/02/2013 I attempted several times to get through to the cancellations dept of Nashua Mobile by calling 0861412412 aswell as 0112078000. Every time I was on hold for at least 20mins. There is an option to press 1 to leave a message. Pressing 1 is pointless, as nothing happens. Surprisingly I can get through to the contract renewals dept without hassle!
I then resorted to leaving a message on the Nashua Mobile website for someone to call me. Within an hour a lady did call, but when I told her I need to cancel a contract, she said she doesn't handle corporate clients and put me on hold for about 25mins until I hung up.
I then left another message on the website, this time stating that I want to cancel a contract and I need someone to contact me asap! I even said i would resort to Hello Peter!
It is now 08/03/2013 and nobody has contacted me. Nashua Mobile has got to be the most shadiest cellular service provider ever! They seem to take your call when you need to upgrade or take on a new contract, but don't ever dare attempt to cancel a contract!
This contract in question is well over 24mths old, and not a soul has even contacted us close to the expiry to offer us some options.
