I took a tablet on contract in Dec 11. It's been in repairs since mar 12. I rcvd it back 5 times & returned it 5 times. The last time it went in for repairs was Oct 12. Tried sending emails & calling, all I rcvd was empty promises. I am paying for something I don't have & can't use for over a year now. due to credit regulations I cannot stop debit order. Where can this be reported officially or taken up further.
