Still billing me

I have given Nashua Mobile more than a months notice of intent to cancel my contract in September 2012, I filled in the forms supplied and followed up with them if they received it. They replied positively to receiving it and cancelled my one contract, they however kept the data contract open and are still sending me statements now stating they never received both cancellations although they were both sent through at the same time. I left Nashua Mobile due to poor service (which I also stated in my reasons to do so)
