Yet another unsatisfied nashua mobile customer!!!

After two years of receiving very poor customer service i have decided to cancel my contract with nashua mobile.

i sent through a fax to port out my number from nashua mobile on the 12th of february. since then i hvae tried five times to call the help line to receive confirmation of my cancellation and a port out date. everytime i have firstly had to hold for over ten minutes before being able to speak to anyone. then once i have explained my situation i am told i will be put through to accounts services. i am then left on hold and never able to speak to another consultant again.

it is exactly this kind of service that has made me sure of my decision to leave nashua mobile,

i even left a voice message for someone to call me back. that was a week ago!!!

please help! i just want confirmation my contract is being cancelled and provided with a port out date!!

i have consistently paid my nashua mobile account for two years. all i want is a little bit of customer service!!!
