This is the 4th complaint about the same problem I have had with my vodacom galaxy S3 still not being able to send SMS's. Every time I complain on hellopeter I get a response whereby someone new calls me each time and I spend half an hour explaining what the problem is and what steps Nashua has already taken to solve the problem. The process generally ends with the technician telling me it should be in order in 24 hours or something ridiculously long time. Now its happened four times where nothing has changed after the 24 hours of waiting and I cant take it anymore. My contract includes messages which I haven't been able to use for many months now. When someone sends me an sms I have to call them every time instead of simply just smsing back.
Now I would really like it, or I insist, that someone send me a number to the same person, so that I can keep calling if the solution suggested does not work and continue working through it without having to explain it to a new person. My number is 082 909 4761. SMS me the number!
