I am still waiting response from Nashua Mobile, I was on hold to cancel contract for 30 minutes and then the line was conveniently cancelled.
This is unacceptable, I have spent over R 10 000 to keep my service but have to date not received invoice or statement, they will probably just suspend again.
Previous complaint was not attended to, I can't even cancel my contracts as they don't answer the phone te give me cancellation fee.
I am at the end of my patience.
No service whatsoever from Nashua Mobile!
