Hi I have tried on numerous occasions with your call centre and your stores to rectifiy the problem. when promised a call back withint 1 - 24 hours i received a completely unhelpful sms two days later. I will not pay my vodacom account until the problem is sorted. Please get someone who is capable of rectifying my problem sending smses to contact me.
