Vodacom - Lack of customer support and follow up

I live in the Olivedale area and have been unable to make or receive calls for 5 days now. I phoned the Vodacom call centre 3 days ago and as of yet am still waiting for them to tell me what the problem is and when it is going to get fixed. The call centre was very unhelpful. When I still hadn't heard back from them a day after calling them I phoned again, only to be told that no one had looked at my query yet as I was still on the waiting list, however they assured me they would call me the next day to provide me feedback. Surprise, surprise, the next day came and went and I didn't hear from them. If this is Vodacom's definition of service delivery, then I would highly recommend people consider moving to a different network provider. I pay a monthly fee for my contract, but am not able to use my phone and get no help from Vodacom in fixing the problem. Other people in the Olivedale area have been experiencing a similar problem. Vodacom - will you listen to my complaint now?
