Hi,

I have been trying yo get hold of the upgrade department and had no joy dispite me spending hours on the phone and talking to many operators which could not help as they claim i'm in the wrong department. When I call the upgrade department on 0821959 I hold for a consultant for about 30mins and then the call cuts without me even speaking to any consultants. I absolutely upset with the service received. i have made more then 8 calls in 24 hrs to the upgrade department so far and no response yet.
