I am having problems with Vodacom as I have been sent from pillar to post for almost a month now. On 05/02/2013, I recharged R55 into my 0824367631 number and tried to purchase the Color your friends Bundle for R29. The airtime was deducted however, the 100mb and 100 sms were not credited into my account. I lodged a query with Vodacom and from then I kept on receiving smses telling me that it is in the hands of their technical team. On 20/02/2013, I received a sms from Vodacom confirming that the matter had been resolved and that the 100mb and 100 smses would be credited into my account within 48 hours. This has not been the case and whenever I contact the call centre they tell me I should be patient because on their side it's still pending. Vodacom has gone as far as blocking my number from contacting their call centre and I am using my other number to contact them now. I feel that there would have been a need for me to exceed my limit to contact their contact centre if they were honest enough from the start because I have been following up umpteen times. The agents promise to contact me back however that has never happened and they keep on telling me to wait 24 hours all the time
