I have reported my problem of weak signal several times, Vodacom follows up with a phone call and promises of the problem being sorted out within 48 hrs, it is now 3 months later and I still have the problem, today I tried to log into my account and Vodacom responds with a " your profile does not exist ", what recourse do I have??? am I now stuck with a contract and no service!!! I consider it contractual default on Vodacom side
