Seems like when Vodacom have you signed up to their contracts they let their service fly out the back door! I logged a query S3/TJH18-8U9KR on 01/03/2013 in order to resolve the problem I have with my account, said they will get back to me 24 to 48 hours. No reply - Logged another query on 04/03/2013 S3/TKK2K/KIF...

Other calls was to the open line and could not be recorded. In this time I received 1 call on 22/03/2013 stating that I must pay my account... after the call Antatie said she will get back to me... no reply. I phoned call center again the next day and asked where can I go to get this sorted out. Recommended to go to Vodacom customer care in Menlyn Park. Stating that they will sort out the problem once and for all!

Spending more than two hours at customer care I walked out just by the consultant sending an e-mail to Antati to contact me on Monday morning. Vodacom Customer care Menlyn could not give me the itemised billing I asked for for the content services used on my data account. Back to square 1. My reference for this mornings call S3/tk68m/mgvf...
