Poor coverage, international calls and data usage

Good afternoon,

On a number of occasions I've tried to communicate with Cell C regarding the following and have had no success in receiving any response:

1) The coverage is extremely poor and I hardly ever have any reception. It is particularly bad at home and at the office, but generally wherever I go I have very little coverage. This is extremely disruptive since the number is also my primary work number and I have missed many important calls and have not always been able to contact people back in time. My biggest concern is what will happen in case of an emergency...

2) Some incoming international calls do not come through, my parents reside in New Zealand and can never call me on this number

3) In July 2012 I was in the UK. I activated the international roaming while waiting for the return flight at the airport for a short while and was charged for an excessive amount of data which is impossible for the duration and I was using WiFi, not data, and I keep background data / services deactivated to avoid excessive data usage.

To date I have had no reply or clarification regarding any of the above issues and would appreciate feedback.
