I reported to the call centre that on the 01/09/2013 that I purchased one data bundle or R59.00 of which I was billed for 5 bundles of R59.00 each. The call centre agent acknowledge that there was a problem on their side and this would be sorted within the next 48 hours, as it will be allocated to their back office. After 16days and numerous calls form my side have this still not been solved. I'm very frustrated and have made up my mind to never take out another contract with Vodacom and can never recommend their serves. Been promised that team leader, manager and will get back to and that the problem has been escalated, but to no avail.
