Vodacom - Refusing to cancel the contract

Vodacom,

Since November 2012 we have been trying to cancell a vodacom contract with no luck. My husband's ex opened a contract account for him in her name (Chantelle De Ridder - I2459496 - 0835514744), we have contacted her regarding cancelling the contract, but again no luck, she has now changed her contact number so we are unable to get in touch with her. The monthly premium gets debited from my husband's own personal bank account and not that of Ms De Ridder. Vodacom keeps on telling him that they need the account holder of the contract being Ms De Ridder to stop the account, but they in turn make so effort to assist us in anyway. We DO NOT use the phone/sim but yet we have to pay the monthly premium. We are sick and tired of this problem with Vodacom. It is not my or my husband's responsiblility to contact Ms De Ridder or to try and locate her. VODACOM NEEDS TO STOP THE DEBIT ORDER AND STOP THE ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!! He has been to see Vodacom, he has contacted them, he has emailed them he has told his bank to stop the debit order - but guess what NO LUCK AGAIN!!! Somebody needs to sort this out!!!
