I suddenly have a Vodacom Debit Order going off from my Absa Platinum Cheque Account. I do not have a Vodacom Account, I did not sign that the debit order may deduct funds from my account, and now trying to stop this ABSA is giving me the run around. I've emailed the branch [Email Removed] also phone the contact person Jacqueline Reddy, but the phone keeps on ringing.
I'm currently in the UK and can not physically go to the branch and sort this mess out. I tried to phone Vodacom but if you do not phone from a Vodacom number your are stuffed! SO Vodacom deducted R1176.76 from my account ABSA allowed this and I can not get anyone to stop this and reverse this transaction!
