The gprs usage did originate from this line

What a mess. From the 27th of December up to The 3rd of Jan my data was running haywire permanent. Log a complaint with Patience Mtshaly with a reference number. While holding on she log a complain with vodacom and was told i'm not the only one with that problem. IT will have a look at it and sort it out. I can give numbers of several people with the same problem over the same period. Vodacom did refund or at least give them a credit back. On the same call with Patience she told me that i can upgrade, well hey that's good service from them to sort out the data mess, lets upgrade. From there no call from autopage except for a call to say i'm 7.5 gig over my limit and they Will deduct R5300.00 from my account Period. Did speak to Iris Durooy Last week and promise me feedback in 48 hours. Did get an sms today. Sorry No Credits do. You didn't even log the right dates. It send me a sms. Device that generated usage was iphone 5 sim was used in data device as from 05/01/2013 till 27/02/2013.End of discussion. The dates is from the 27 to the 03/01/2013. I'm to scared to turn my data on. What is the use of having it then.
