Contract Opened In My Name

On 20th August 2013 I had a Debit Order to the amount of R422.68 come off my account for Vodacom, which is weird because I'm a Cell C contract holder. I contacted Vodacom to see what I would need to do on my side to get to the bottom of this issue. Went to my bank, got a signed Affidavit from the Police Station as well as a Certified Copy of my Id book & mailed it through. After a month, I eventually got a call from a lady at Vodacom saying that something with my account wasn't adding up. I proceeded to explain the entire story to her & she asked me to send through all of the same documentation, which I did. I have since not heard ANYTHING from her or anybody else at Vodacom. I am in desperate need of a letter stating that I did not open any accounts with Vodacom so that I can pass this onto The Southern African Prevention Service (SAFPS) in order for them to help me "stop being a victim". I have had more than enough of this now!!! At the end of the day, it's you guys who are losing money & myself who has to drive around & sort out YOUR issues!
