Ad attitude towards longstanding custome

I bought a BlackBerry Z10 which was faulty, touch screen doesn't work properly, screen freezes and jumps between apps when left idle. I took it back within the 7 days and vodaworld refused to replace it because of a light scratch. Why don't they explain this to you when you are taking out the contract and what does the scratch have to do with the phone being an OBF. I've been with vodacom for as long as I can remember despite being offered preferential rates by MTN through our corporate deals and yet they still refuse to help me. And now I am paying R529pm for a faulty phone. I have been trying to lodge a complaint with then but to no avail ad they keep cutting the call or don't even bother to return my call. I hope that this will get their attention as I am now frustrated and considering cancelling my contract together with the contracts of my 9 family members because it seems vodacom doesn't car about the CPA or customer service and delivery. No wonder the corporate deal did not go to them. My colleagues never have this issue with MTN.
