Good day. My Vodacom contract has been upgraded without my approval and with a product I would never take on my existing contract. I have contacted the Upgrades Call Centre to get the details of the unknown upgrade and asked them to cancel it. They are unable to do anything and now want's me to wait for the new device, that is on back order, to be delivered to me so that I can send it back and only then will they be able to help me. They can not even give me a time frame of this process. I need to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini this week still. Could someone be of assistance ASAP PLEASE!!!
