I have a huge problem, that is now costing me in reputation on my client. I need to create a new email address on my control panel since last friday, and i am not able to login my control panel with the same username and password i know.
I have logged numerious calls for support to help me, and it seems from Web Africa side the logins work, and when i try the same it does not work.
And i get irritated when the Helpdesk agent emails me the response and says it works i've tried it "Have a nice day", but i am not disputing it works on their side, I am just making a case on my side it is not WORKING.
I feel like i am some small "Non matter" customer, and there is no sence of urgency from WEBAFRICA to resolve this, and it is costing my business.
