I've had countless problems this last month with WebAfrica. I've logged multiple requests via email and every time I have to follow up with a phone call. Why do they even have a support email address. There is never any follow up. My latest issue I raised was email addresses that I created disappeared from my control panel, now when I tried to add them, their control panel system gives me an error, the last feedback they were handing it over to engineers. Their Reference:#1559588 last response 22 March 2013 to day is the 27th March 2013,
I am so tired of Web Africas poor service and slack response.
