On Tues 25th June I phoned ADT and booked a technician to install a new keypad and move the control panel of the alarm. The booking was for Friday 28th June. The appointment was confirmed on Thusrday with an SMS message to my phone. I took a day off work to be available for the technician to get access to my house.
On Friday the 28th June at approx 9am the same call centre agent Nicolette calls me and informs tha the call has been cancelled and they will send out a salesman to quote!
I already arranged for builders to do plastering work on Sat the wall where the control panel was and so it had to be removed before the plasterers can do their job.
I have been on the phone for 2 hours today to their call centre - I have been cut off 6 times. I still have no technician booked to do the work.
