I bought a Bambino Elite car seat on the 31st of October 2013. From the get go the one side protection panel kept falling off. In fact it was off when they took the seat out of the packaging. I returned to Baby City 3 times in a space of 3 weeks and had them place the side panel back into the chair and even had a side panel changed from one of the other seats. The panel still keeps falling off. I spoke to a Lezhaan at the Parklands branch the last time I went there and called him again 2 days later when the panel fell off AGAIN. He said that the rep was not available as they were attending a show in JHB and would get him to call me regarding the chair. No calls have been made and I find it utterly disgusting to buy a chair for R2200 and it is faulty and no one would replace it. I started complaining about this a week after I bought the seat. I would appreciate it if someone can call me to replace this seat or give me my money back as it was reported WAY in advance of the 30 day period. Your urgent attention is greatly appreciated.
