After I've posted here last week, I was told to send my queries to [Email Removed] instead of to [Email Removed] After resending my initial complaint to [Email Removed] I got a SMS telling me that they have received my query and will attend to it shortly (Ref: 3021904526). Next morning in my inbox I found that they have resend my statement, the exact same one I've already received and on which I was incorrectly billed for data usage. I mailed them again and asked them to READ my email and then respond to it and explained again what the problem on the statement is. After receiving NO RESPONSE, I resend the email a day later after which I received a call from Bongeni who told me that they are busy investigating my query and he will get back to me by the next day (that is Thu 21 Feb) - needless to say, to date I have not had any response again. Yesterday (Mon 25 Feb) I've sent email to [Email Removed] again, but still have not received any feedback.
No you tell me what is wrong here - is this the kind of feedback and service a paying client deserves?
