Bad service/don't call back

We bought a control panel for our irrigation from Landscaping Cape Town, to which the front garden was wired to. A couple of weeks ago the control panel showed an error message for the front garden, and as a result the grass stopped being watered. It took a couple of days just to get through to LCT, and struggled every other time to get through to them as well. When I eventually got hold of them Matt came around to have a look, he said it could be the wiring and said he'll send someone to sort it out. When someone came they replaced a solenoid which was not the issue. Same error came back on the control panel. Matt came back to fetch the control panel which was replaced (I believe previous panel wasn't even properly tested but replaced!) The error message still comes up so the control panel is not the problem!
My husband has tried calling Matt since last week wednesday on his cellphone, left messages, I've phoned the office and left messages on Matt's cellphone as well, to which there have been no returned calls! What's happened to customer service!!!
