I signed up for ADT Security at a home we moved in recently. The first time I signed the contract, they took more than 10 days just to install the antenna which is needed for the alarm system to connect to their control room.
Technician arrived, installed the antenna, and reprogrammed the control panel. After a week the control panel starts giving problems, and would not arm (none of the normal commands work). Cannot leave house because of this. Call ADT to fix this issue, and their next available agent is only in 5 days time.
Is it normal for ADT to leave their customers without functioning alarms for this long?!
So before even making my first ADT payment, they expect me to sit without a armed alarm for more than 15 days so far this month.
