I have been having a recurring issue where my e-mail's password is being reset by Afrihost. This causes me to not access my incoming mails as it will require the "new" password (set by the server) which I would not have. This is influencing my company's productivity and slowing down my efficiency. When calling in to inquire about this issue I had to call roughly 6-7 time before the support e-mail team could explain that I have to log into my c-panel, change my password and delete (potentially valuable) "large" e-mails off the webmail to clear the POP which is clogged. This is not only impractical, but their c-Panel also does not work. Today @ 09h05 I was not able to log on to the c-panel despite several attempts (gateway error) and nor was the call center support agent I subsequently called there after. I want to switch service providers! Not only are they incapable of coming up with a practical solution to this issue, they just leave you be to wallow in your own frustration.
