I've been calling vodacom recently regarding an upgrade wanting advice and the consultants I spoke were very helpful. Today I finally made up my mind and wanted to continue with the upgrade only to get my bubble bursted by Monique who didn't seem to be willing to help me, I just asked asked her if she could check for me if the Samsung galaxy tablet P5100 I want comes in white, she just said she can see that they have them in stock but she cant confirm if they have it in white. She didn't want to go the extra mile of checking instead wanted me to go to a store, then she just put me through to the survey without saying anything and didn't have the decency to call me back, thats how pathetic she was towards me. I've never really had problems with Vodacom and dealing with people like Monique will definitely change my mind.
