We have a domain with Mweb and we are on the uncapped hosting package for R19. I have requested to be upgraded to the R99 ultra hosting package so that i can have access to their cpanel and other services. I was told by their sales agent that i will need to first CANCEL my account with Mweb then wait for 5 weeks and then re-apply???
I have thought about it and yes you are right, I will CANCEL with Mweb. There are many more companies that can do better than that.
Seems that Mweb is causing my business to move at such a slow rate, 6 Weeks of downtime is unacceptable, my biggest mistake was ever signing up with Mweb.
