Terrible customer service

I wanted to upgrade my contract & add another, and on Saturday 7 Dec went to the Vodacom store at Kenilworth Centre. The sales consultants were apathetic, most were dressed unprofessionally (e.g. one chap's jeans was way below his waist & showing his underwear), and when one of the consultants tried to assist, things got worse.
Firstly I was told that the December specials were not yet released and would be available Monday, as per an email from 'head office', yet the new December brochure was on his desk! This salesperson was confused and suggested it came from Cellucity (stupid really).
Secondly, the phone I wanted was apparently not in stock (Samsung Galaxy S4 mini). Salesperson went to the 'back' to check, and came back to confirm they had one.
Third, the additional contract I wanted was a data contract with the Sonxy Xperia Z tablet. Again, apathy abounded, and they had no stock (14-day waiting period).
Leaving the store in disgust, I went to the Waterfront outlet the following day where the service was so much better (from a consultant who was new there). Got the phone & tablet with minimal fuss.
