Vodacom does NOT make you smile

I had the misfortune of dealing with this Vodacom Shop. I went for an upgrade to my 18 year old contract. I went early in the morning, and was standing in a queue for an hour waiting to be helped. People walked in from behind me and was serviced before I was. Eventually, Anrich helped me to do my upgrade from Blackberry to Samsung Galaxy S4. I gave him my ID and he said everything was done. When I got home, I tried to put my sim card into the Samsung, only to discover that this new phone uses a micro sim card, and the old card was too big. I went back to Kollonade Vodacom, and after standing in a queue for another hour, Anrich told me that he forgot to tell me to do a sim swop, and that they didn't have stock on this card. He offered no apology and told me to go to the other smaller Vodacom shop in Kollonade, They too did not have stock, and sent me to Game, where I was told that they do not do sim swops. Eventually, Anrich was supposed to do a registration of my Samsung to cover my screen for any damages for a 2 year period, which he didn't do I had to go to a fong kong shop where I got better service than from Vodacom, and I got a simcard from them. Unacceptable Service
