My claim for repairs was rejected because of the fact that I did not supply the precise and correct date that the phone broke down... How can this be??? Surely that cannot be a reason to deny my claim as I AM NOT the one responsible for the phone breaking down! I am not trying to Cell C in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!!! I am just trying to get my phone fixed.. Please tell me how this can be a reason for rejecting my claim... I am a paying client THAT DESERVES THE SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR...
