The screen of phone phone was cracked so I made an insurance claim to get the phone fixed. I received a call from a Vodacom insurance consultant informing me that my claim was approved but the only problem is that there isn't a 16Gig iPhone5 left anywhere in Johannesburg they are out of stock & the only option I have is to take the 32Gig & there's only 2 left in the whole of Johannesburg and they are in Sandton. She added that she called all of the Vodacom Shops & they are all out of stock. She said that she will go the extra mile for me and personally send all of my documentation to sandton so they can keep the 32Gig for me since there was only two left & anyone can walk in & take the last remaining iPhones in Jhb. I then decided to call Vodacom Woodmead myself & they told me that not only do they have the 32Gig they have the 16Gig in black and white with plenty in stock and thank you to the people from Vodacom Chatz in Woodmead for being extremely helpful & saving me from spending more money i didn't have. So this lady basically to me tried to me into taking a more expensive phone at a specific store. I just wanted to to warn people to please do your own research!
