On 31st July 2013 a Nokia phone was handed in for repairs. Vodacom inspected the phone and quote an amount of appr R250 to repair the camera of the phone. They said it would take a day but would phone. On 2 August 2013 I went in to find out what was happening - they did not call. They said the phone was not ready but I must wait and they would check. I waited for 30 minutes only to be told that the phone would be reay in 2 hours time. My wife then went back to Cresta 4 hours later. Again she was told that the phone was not ready but that she should wait. She waited 30 minutes and was then given the "repaired" phone. She was asked to pay. She quickly checked the phone but it was in exactly the same condition and the camera was still not working. She requested the phone back but Vodacom refused to give it back unitil she pay for "work that was done" but the camera was still not working. On 3 August we received a SMS stating that the phone was ready. On 4 August we went back to Cresta only to find that the phone was still not ready.
