I logged a complaint with vodacom regarding a account opened under my name, they asked me to forward affidavit and id copy, i did and that was around the 21/12/12, i havent received any feedback from them as yet and when i call their switchboard to get transfered to the department as i was advised they dont have a direct number then i get tranferred from department to department without getting any joy, i've called on several occassions its either i get transfered to the collection department or customer care where i dont get assistance as well, i need my ny name cleared asap but vodacom is not communicating with me to inform/advice how far they are with the investigation.
